Me, my sisters, my cousins all love to make our version of this dip. My version only uses 4 ingredients (I don’t count salt as an ingredient).

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned ingredients

    Drain the mexicorn & the diced green chiles

  2. Prepare Green Onions

    Wash and chop the green onions, I like mine with extra green onions if you are eating it right away, if not you can use less and let the dip infused flavors by refrigerating it overnight

  3. Combine ingredients

    In a bowl combine the sour cream, diced green chiles, mexicorn, and green onions. Add salt to taste and enojy
